Investment Returns for 2015
Today marks the last day of 2015, this year have been a very rewarding year for me in terms of investing.
I got a return of 195.76% return based on my overall portfolio as compared to STI with a negative 13.87%. However, i don’t expect 2016 to be as good due to the size of my portfolio growing bigger and majority of this performance was due to having 8I holdings in my portfolio.
My ideal portfolio doesn’t look like this, with much fine tuning required but I am slowly adjusting my portfolio so that it will be balance. I didn’t include my cash in here because it isn’t a lot. As of now, my passive income should be about $50 monthly, from my 2 Reits. I don’t include dividends from 8I and STI ETF inside because it isn’t constant. For Cambridge Industrial Trust, I always opt for the shares instead of the dividend since the money isn’t going to make any difference.
